SPANISH COURSES IN SPAIN - O GROVE - NORTHERN SPAIN - GALICIA 

O Grove is a fantastic spot to learn the spanish language in Spain. It is in a privileged geographical position in northern Spain; on a peninsula at the center of the famous "Ría de Arousa" and facing the Atlantic. All about are incredibly beautiful stretches of beaches with fine, white sand as well as some sheltered coves facing in towards the Ría. O Grove is joined by a bridge to the "Isla de La Toja", renowned for its Spa and leisure center: tennis courts, golf course, swimming pool, wind surfing, sailing, etc. Local gastronomy is also famous. Here you can find many of the typical seafood dishes that the region is renowned for, along with the fine "Albariño" and "Ribeiro" wines. Every year, at the beginning of October the traditional "Fiesta de Marisco" takes place. It has been declared of national touristic interest.

There is a wide variety of activities to choose from in O Grove: boat trips along the Ría, visiting the mussel beds and viewing the riverbed, canoeing, cycling and treking routes, horse riding, etc. The school is right in the center of town, next to the town hall and fishing harbour. The house is made of stone, so typical of the area.
