Spanish course combined with Kitesurfing
2 week Intensive Spanish Course (40 lessons)

High Seaon Rate: 755, - € in July (please note that in August there are no kite - surfing courses available in Conil).
The kite - surfing course is divided into 3 levels:
Stage 1: Land session and Theory - consisting of a 4hr group session.
This course will cover the techniques required to fly a Kite and the fundamental skills that you will need to know.
- Theory basics.
- What is the wind-window.
- Controlling a delta kite.
- Rigging a tube-kite.
- Activating the safety systems.
- Launching and landing on the edge of the wind-window.
- Controlling the tube-kite.
- Launching and landing.
- Harness use.
Stage 2: First Water Lesson 4hr group session
- Body drag.
- Combining the foundation skills of kite control with board balance on the water.
- Familiarization with the larger more powerful Kite.
- Re - launching of the kite on the water.
- Waterstarting on the kite - board.
- First runs.
Stage 3: Second Water Lesson 4hr group
- Waterstarts.
- Safety/rescue techniques and dismounts will be practiced.
- The goal is to become self-sufficient whilst learning to kite - surf.
Spanish students will attend the kite - surfing lessons in the afternoon. The surfcamp-spain.com team (Mckite.com) will transport the students, together with their licensed teachers, to different locations according to the wind conditions (El Palmar, Caños de Mecca, Tarifa). The courses will take place subject to appropriate wind conditions. On completion of the Kite-surfing course students have the option to borrow kite material and to practice on their own (70 Euros = 4 hours) or to extend the course. In the case of lessons being cancelled and falling short of the 12 hours stated, students will be refunded (on a hourly basis) or, instead, opt to replace them with surf lessons.
